How do I become a member?
To apply, simply complete our online application and schedule your interview with our team. The application includes personal details (photo, Instagram, and LinkedIn) along with a few questions to help us understand how you align with our values of curiosity, connection, and impact. The interview will take about 15 minutes. If you prefer, you can also submit a short video answering a few questions.

Upon joining, you will receive an email to book your welcome dinner. This dinner will be hosted by our team, and include other new members. During the evening, expect:
- A private dining experience with a 3-course menu (vegetarian and vegan options available)
- Delicious Welcome Cocktail (alcoholic & non-alcoholic)
- A facilitated discussion on a deep question
- Introduction to the club rituals and how to make the most of the community (from a OneThousandClub team member)

Why do I have to be approved before my ticket is confirmed?
As a member only community, we check all registrations to confirm membership status. Once you purchase a ticket, a notification goes to our team, and you should expect confirmation of acceptance at the event within 2-24 hours. For day-of ticket purchases, we will always approve members up until 1 hour prior to event start.

If you have a friend that wants to join the club, have them write your name in the application under our “referred by” section. This will trigger an email to the team, and once we validate who they were referred by, they will get an email to immediately pay for their membership!

We’re a curated community with limited seats, so we ask members to commit to a 3-month minimum when joining. It helps us maintain rhythm, build real connections, and plan experiences better for everyone involved. Life isn’t always predictable though—so if something unexpected comes up, we’re happy to review your situation **on a case-by-case basis**. Once cancellation is requested, your membership benefits will end immediately and your card will no longer be charged.
